Refund Policy
All returns must be processed through the Returns Center. You will need the order number associated with the product you are wanting to return. The order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent to you by The HeartFull Home when your order was placed.

Return Policy Details
Our policy extends 45 days from receipt of delivery. If 45 days have past since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Initial shipping costs are non refundable. There is also a $6 charge for a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from the total refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order for a return to be processed, you must submit a request via the Returns Center. Simply visit the Returns Center and follow the prompts. You will receive an email notification informing you as to whether or not your request is eligible for return. If your request is eligible, you will also receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
Once your eligible return has been received and inspected, The HeartFull Home will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Returns
Once your return has been approved, a refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund amount will reflect the cost of the product you returned minus the return shipping label. Please remember initial shipping costs are non refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check with you bank or credit card company, whichever applies. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please Contact Us.
Rejected (Unapproved) Returns
If your eligible return was received by The HeartFull Home and deemed non-refundable, you will be notified via email. Your return will be sent back to you at no extra charge.
